chicken breast or shrimp 200g
bean sprouts 100g

erythritol or monk fruit sweetener 1 tablespoon
rice vinegar 1 tablespoon
peanut butter or almond butter 2 tablespoons
coconut oil 2 tablespoons
red bell pepper 1 small diced
crushed peanuts 2 tablespoons
fresh cilantro for garnish
lime wedges for serving
