Content Rights

This page explains who owns the content generated on Generor and what others may do with it. It applies to all creations on the Service.

Your Content, Your Rights

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the content you generate on Generor, to the fullest extent such rights exist under applicable law. Generor claims no ownership of your creations. You are also solely responsible for your creations and for how you use them.

The Permission You Grant Generor

So that we can operate the Service, you grant Alexiuz AS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, and display your creations on the Service — for example rendering them on your creation pages, generating thumbnails, and, if you choose to make a creation public, showing it in public galleries and feeds. This permission is display-only: it exists to run the Service and grants no rights to anyone else. It ends for a given creation when you delete it or make it private, except for cached copies and copies we must retain for legal or operational reasons. Rights related to physical product orders are covered separately in our Terms of Service.

Public Creations Grant Viewers No Rights

Making a creation public means other people can view it on Generor. It does not grant them any license or right to use it. Nobody may copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit another user's creation without that creator's separate, direct permission. Generor does not grant any such rights on the creator's behalf.

Legacy Licenses (GO-1.0 / GE-1.0)

Creations made before this update may have carried a "Generor Open (GO-1.0)" or "Generor Exclusive (GE-1.0)" license label. Those license programs are discontinued. From the date of this update, no new rights are granted under either label, and all creations — including older ones — are governed by this page: the creator retains all rights. Use of a formerly "Open"-labeled creation that was lawfully commenced in good faith before this update is not affected retroactively.

Important Disclaimers for AI-Generated Content

Nature of AI-Generated Content

All content on Generor is generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Copyright Status Uncertainty

The copyright status of AI-generated content is an evolving area of law that varies by jurisdiction. In some regions, purely AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection. Generor makes no representations or warranties regarding the copyrightability of generated content.

Potential Third-Party Rights

Due to the nature of AI generation, creations may inadvertently:

• Resemble existing copyrighted works, images, or creative content
• Contain elements similar to trademarks, logos, or brand identities
• Reproduce patterns, styles, or content from the AI's training data
• Depict likenesses of real people, characters, or protected personas

Nothing on this page grants any rights to use, sell, or distribute content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. If generated content resembles protected third-party content, you do not have rights to use it.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Verification: Reviewing generated content before use to ensure it does not infringe on third-party rights
• Due Diligence: Conducting appropriate searches or clearances before commercial use
• Compliance: Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Consequences: Any legal consequences arising from your use of generated content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Generor, its operators, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of generated content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Content Reporting

If you discover content that:

• Contains your copyrighted material or trademark
• Infringes on your intellectual property rights
• Violates any applicable laws

Please report it to us immediately. We will review and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content from public access.

No Warranty

THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GENEROR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OR THAT CONTENT IS FREE FROM THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS
• WARRANTIES THAT CONTENT IS COPYRIGHTABLE OR PROTECTABLE
• WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENEROR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR GENERATED CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR WHETHER GENEROR WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
