Very dystopian.When one man in particular was going to be whipped (I think he was the last person in line to receive a whipping), I volunteered to be whipped for him. I don’t know him in real life, I don't know if I knew him in the dream, but it didn't seem to matter. I don't know why I took his place other than the fact that I didn't want him to suffer. I think I was tired of witnessing people suffer.I was supposed to receive 28 lashes. The man giving me the lashes, I know him in real life. He didn’t want to whip me, it's just how the world was. It was his role, I didn't hold it against him at all. I knew all the people witnessing my punishment, and they knew me.
